This week I asked you to describe what you would do with an extra four hours today. Here are a few replies that I received.
“Oh my soul! I read this email at the perfect time! I have been babysitting all day! I woke up at 5:30 this morning and got done at 3:30! Watching two two-year-olds! All I can think about right now is SLEEP!!!!!!! So that is exactly what I would do with an extra four hours!”
“Considering I didn’t sleep last night, I vote for a nap.”
“Catch-up (on sleep, work, fun and family time). I guess that’s a sign there is too much going on.”
“What I would do is called sleep. It has become foreign to me.”
I guess I’m not the only one that feels a little tired this week. Lucky for us, we get to sleep-in a little tomorrow. Don’t be lazy though. If you need to do something, do it. Don’t just sleep your life away. You wouldn’t want to be known as a lazy bum. I hope you have a great weekend.
I actually have a challenge for you. This weekend, I encourage you to do something that you’ve never done before. Try a new recipe. Build an erupting volcano. Eat something that you’ve been scared to try before. Whatever you do, let your family be a part of it. Let them help you or taste-test your new recipe. Take pictures! Have fun and be safe!
